ACL

Check that the affected users have the "replicate or copy documents" enabled in the ACL. Without this they will not be able to print and if they save a document it will create the $KeepPrivate field on the document, thus preventing others from printing as well. This is sort of a bug, but not really. Don't know if this has been fixed in a later release but I know it popped up as an issue in R8.
